Fashion shows can inspire us in many ways with creativity, art and design.  What makes the Fair Trade Fashion Show so different is that its inspiration goes a lot deeper than that.  Not only is it a full-fledged fashion event but also one filled with philanthropy, education and hope.

In its third year, the Fair Trade Fashion Show, scheduled for July 29 at CTRL Collective in the downtown Los Angeles area from 7:30pm to 9pm, is an event you can feel good about!  Hosted by Bead & Reel and Free the Slaves, all aspects of the night are ethical, vegan and sustainable from the fashion to the food to the vendors.  Everything is carefully curated and well thought out....even the models are committed to conscious living

Prior to the fashion show, there will be a panel discussion with notable sustainability leaders and moderated by Kestral Jenkins, host of the podcast Conscious Chatter.

All profits will go to Free the Slaves, an organization dedicated to end modern day slavery through awareness, education and activism.  Their work is extensive and I encourage you to find out more about them here.

If you can't attend, you can make a donation using the button below.  Either way, you CAN make a difference!
